Who we are
Toy Pet Shop is a premium pet shop in Ingleses, Florianópolis/SC. We are the controller of the data handled on this site and through our service channels.
What data we collect
We only collect what is necessary, based on what you use:
- Forms and contact on the site: your name and the contact detail you provide.
- WhatsApp service: the data you send in the chat (pet name, desired service).
- Pet Friendly (venue submissions, coming soon): venue details, submitted by whoever registers them.
- Lost and Found (future module): the tutor details and pet photos, to help with the reunion.
Browsing generates common technical data (functional cookies) — no advertising profiling.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to book and provide services, to keep the portal modules running and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
No one beyond the technical operators that keep the site running (hosting and infrastructure), strictly so the service works. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for each purpose or as required by law. When a case is closed (for example, a pet reunited), the related data is removed.
Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, correction of anything wrong and deletion of what we no longer need. Just reach us via the channel below.
